    With the NPC-2016 you have the right tool for the modern routine test and calibration of brake testers. The mobile plug&play solution provides a directive-conform inspection of all manufacturers’ ASA Livestream Interfaces, the output of measured values and the documentation (PDF) based on the stipulations of the Directive.

    Using a smartphone or tablet you can easily retrieve the measured data via WiFi, without needing a PC/laptop, router or further accessories! The free Cartesy Livestream Client App is available for download in the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store. With the NPC-2016 we offer you the quickest and most reliable solution to output ASA Livestream data, equipped with a stable diversity WiFi, quick indicator LEDs and a simple, intuitive app.

    There are no subsequent costs or license fees because the equipment is neither bound to a manufacturer nor a person!

    We provide the NPC-2016 in a matt-black, scratch-proof and sturdy ABS plastic housing. With the integrated battery (12 hours lifetime) you are ready to test all day long – thanks to the embedded magnetic holder the NPC-2016 can easily and safely be fixed to any metal  power or display cabinet.

    With the NPC LiveStudio App* we are presenting an absolute innovation in vehicle test equipment! Concealed behind this app is a universal, manufacturer-independent brake tester visualization for the smart phone or tablet with many additional functions and modern features.

    The app works with any truck/car roller brake tester (equipped with ASA Livestream) – for all manufacturers!

    Owing to the adaptive design, the app adjusts itself to the brake tester and can develop its full functionality both on small and large displays. Modern visualization as well as an intuitive interface ensure that the user is guided easily and the brake efficiency test is valuated directly from the vehicle. The brake tester is integrated into the workshop WiFi network as necessary and can exchange test data with our PC programs and databases.

    Depending on the built-in equipment, the following data can be measured: brake force, tire slip, test speed, brake forces, pressure Pm/Pz, pedal force, single and axle weight.

    Connect the brake tester to the SP Adapter and the SP Plus Software

     

    With the NPC-2014-NG you can easily connect your brake tester, the SP Adapter and the SP-Plus software in a stable diversity WiFi network. Brake values and reference pressure are processed and evaluated simultaneously, live inside the SP Plus. A manual collection of data can be omitted.

    You neither need an export function of the brake tester software nor an import function for the SP Plus! Owing to the plug&play solution you can go on working as usual, without intervening into your network configuration or workflows. The NPC-2014-NG is fully supported by the TAK and SP Plus – the only requirement is that your brake tester has an ASA Livestream Interface. With the NPC-2014 we offer you the quickest, easiest and safest solution to connect your brake tester to the SP Plus. The NPC is also supplied with a full version of the ASA Network Manager. In this way, all asanetwork-capable devices (such as exhaust emission testers, headlight testers, etc.) can also be integrated into your network via the NPC. There are no further license costs for the ASA network manager!

    We provide the NPC-2014-NG in a black, scratch-proof and sturdy ABS plastic housing. Thanks to the embedded magnetic  holder the NPC-2014-NG can be fixed easily and safely to any metal power or display cabinet.

    Mobile ASA Livestream data interface for the main inspection

     

    With the NPC-2016 you can create a stable WiFi working network for the main inspection in inspection centers or in your registered office. The mobile plug&play solution is fully compatible with FSD applications and connects the brake tester (via ASA Livestream), the HU21 adapter as well as the productive system for the working processes of the main inspection.

    The intelligent HU algorithm, developed over years, covers all main inspection scenarios, individually adapts itself to your test environment and test sequence and covers many further features. The integrated Livestream Manager assumes the communication of all ASA Livestream users and sends the measured values of the brake tester live to the productive system.

     

    The NPC-2016 is also supplied with a full version of the ASA Network Manager. In this way, all asanetwork-capable devices (such as exhaust emission testers, headlight testers, etc.) can also be integrated into the network via the NPC.
