Cartesy runs its own research and development department, dealing with the evaluation of new technologies as well as with new and further developments of products up to their market maturity. Innovation is one of the basic cornerstones of Cartesy.

Thanks to our young and technophile team, innovation not only takes place in R&D, but in all departments. One of the tasks of the R&D department in this process is to evaluate and implement ideas coming from inside the R&D or passed on to R&D by other departments. Focused on knowledge building and extension as well, we are always investigating the latest future-oriented technologies. Lifelong learning plays a decisive role at Cartesy, especially in the R&D department.
