With an overall height of only 25mm, the PBT-1024 PRIMO is the perfect brake tester for cars of any kind of construction – even with lowered racing and motorsport vehicles the brake efficiency test is no problem. The patented, wear-resistant high-grip surface coating guarantees high brake values and a dynamic braking behavior similar to road conditions.

You may choose any location to install the PBT-1024 PRIMO as no foundation work is required due to its on-floor mounting. It can even be positioned in entry and exit areas as you can drive over it crosswise. Along with these features comes its weather resistance thanks to fully galvanized mechanics and a maintenance-free roller bearing – long product life and easy handling is guaranteed!

The core technology of the PBT-1024 PRIMO is a digital, tamper-proof data bus connecting all sensors and the digital display. The easy-to-read, 12-digit display (with VESA mount) shows brake values, brake force difference as well as “live” measured speed.

Only our patented radar system provides you the real speed measurement during the brake test. Of course, all measured values are available at the standardized ASA Livestream data interface (in accordance with the German Directive 2011) and can be used by the test engineer.

Many other functions such as saving, printing and visualizing are of course ensured by the full compatibility to our NPC product line.
